The Skilled Workforce for Innovation and Financial Sector Transformation Program (SWIFT), implemented by BKP Economic Advisors in partnership with the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) and the Mastercard Foundation, invites qualified firms and institutions to submit proposals for the design, delivery, and implementation of a Digital Learning Ecosystem for Ethiopia’s financial sector.

This initiative aims to establish a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) that will serve banking, insurance, microfinance, and capital market professionals across Ethiopia — enabling competency-based learning, AI-powered personalization, hybrid delivery, and industry-recognized certification.
